Intro to Olympiad Physics

Class Schedule: 12 classes from 6/11 - 8/27 on Sundays 12-1 PM EST

Description and Goals: This 12-week course will cover general techniques to more efficiently solve difficult mechanics problems in order to prepare for the F=ma exam. The course will cover a wide range of difficulties and is designed to put students in a good position to qualify for the USAPhO. Students interested in this course may also find interest in our Astronomy course.

Prereqs: Basic knowledge of algebra and trigonometry, and elementary understanding of geometry (e.g. angles, circles, right triangles). It is not required to have done a prior course in physics.
