Intro to Chemistry Olympiads

Class Schedule: 12 classes from 6/11 - 8/27 on Sundays 5-6 PM EST

Description and Goals: This course prepares students for the first round of the USNCO competition, assuming no prior experience with chemistry. The course covers the chemistry of reactions, acids and bases, electronic structure, states of matter, thermodynamics, and more. Additionally, throughout the course, students have structured problem-solving experience that resembles the USNCO Local Exam.

Prereqs: Fundamental background in math, up to an Algebra 1 level. No other background required.
